NWCT’s Rapunzel ~ Uncut!

The Experience: Girls onstage who sparkle and sing are nothing new to fairy tales – and in that way Northwest Childrens Theatre and School’s Rapunzel ~ Uncut! holds to tradition. But where it takes a delightful turn is that these girls – and boys – also rock the house with their tasty guitar licks and power ballads.

Don’t miss this final weekend of Rapunzel ~ Uncut!, full of lively songs, creative sets, dazzling costumes and a story that will keep your kids at the edges of their tiny little seats.

This new, ahem, twist on an old tale not only gives kids an energetic show with a solid message about independence and love, but shows them that kids have lots of options. Who knows? If they’re anything like mine, they may even go home and want to borrow your guitar.

Inside information: Grab a free cushion for each child at the back of the auditorium to boost their view. Be sure and allow time afterward for your kids to collect autographs from the cast – a NWCT tradition. And bring cash for the intermission snack bar’s yummy cookies.
