Multnomah Early Childhood Program (MECP) is the Early Intervention/Early Childhood Special Education provider in Multnomah County. We provide no-cost screenings and evaluations for children who might have developmental delays or disabilities and services for those who qualify. MECP also offers a low-cost peer preschool program at a number of schools.
