You’ve got less than three weeks left to enter the second annual Mama Makeover contest! Designed for moms 3 months to 6 years postpartum, the Mama Makeover contest provides over $5,000 worth of physical, emotional and overall life recovery services to one lucky mama, including personalized postpartum spa treatments, PilateSculpt training sessions and classes, a naturopathic consultation, acupuncture and chiropractic treatments, life coaching sessions, “before” and “after” photo shoots, a new mama shopping spree and more.

The winner’s nine weeks of holistic immersion will be documented on Facebook, Twitter and online blogs so other moms can learn about birth recovery and self-care and be inspired to celebrate their own personal transformations, too. Weekly discounts for services also will be offered exclusively to all Mama Makeover applicants and followers.

“Mamas spend so much time giving to others, but they tend to forget to take care of themselves,” organizers explain. “If you feel good – grounded, strong and healthy – you can more fully participate in your job as a mother.”

A portion of the proceeds from Mama Makeover 2011 will be donated to the Baby Blues Connection, a local nonprofit offering information and support to postpartum families struggling with depression and anxiety.
