W.O.W.! (What’s On for the Weekend)

Still suffering from Turkey Torpor? Time to get out and start celebrating the season! Here are some ideas to get you started. Per usual, we have many more in our online calendar (and many, MANY more to come when the December calendar gets posted on Tuesday).

Puppetz vs. People

Zoolights

Rumpelstiltskin. Tears of Joy’s enchanting puppets tell the tale of the miller’s daughter faced with the task of spinning straw into gold. Christmas Festival of Lights. The Grotto’s annual holiday display of lights also features about 150 musical concerts in the chapel, puppet shows, petting zoo, theater programs and more. Holiday Gift-Making Extravaganza! Make salt dough ornaments, Shrinky Dink gift tags, votive candle holders and pipe cleaner ornaments. All ages. 9 am to 5 pm Nov. 27, 28 and 29.
